Harness Engineering for Electronic Money Institutions (EMIs)
EMIHarness encodes the domain knowledge, regulatory and applicability rules, architecture experience, engineering controls, development standards, and quality gates of senior financial-payments engineers into an executable harness. It guides AI agents through fixed inputs, defined stages, and explicit accountability boundaries to automate delivery from system design and production-grade code generation to testing, verification, and release.

About Me
I’m Jerry Wang, a software engineer with strong business sense. For the past 10 years, my work at major internet companies has focused on stablecoins, RWA, MiCA / DORA compliance, payments, settlement, risk control, and high-availability systems. I currently serve as Chief Technology Officer for a euro stablecoin project.
I hold a master's degree in Computer Science from NPU, where my research focused on distributed computing. My edge is turning complex business workflows into reliable systems across stablecoin payments, RWA, MiCA / DORA compliance, risk control, and blockchain infra.
I am also an active DeFi user. I use this site as a home base for what I am learning, building, and thinking about across payments, RWA, EU compliance frameworks like MiCA, DORA, and EMI licensing, AI agents, blockchain infra, and DeFi.

Supply Chain Finance
Supply Chain Finance is a supply-chain finance product built with blockchain and privacy-preserving technology. Overseas merchants finance receivables, warehouse inventory, and orders against trusted platform data; private business records remain behind the privacy boundary, while investors see only redacted positions, proofs, funding status, and yield records that can be verified on-chain.
DORA-first
DORA-first is an AI compliance management product for European payments, cross-border commerce, e-money, and digital-asset businesses. It determines which requirements under MiCA, EMI licensing and PSD, and DORA apply, then turns them into tasks, owners, deadlines, evidence, and audit packages so teams can execute compliance and prepare for audits.
jup.sh
jup.sh is a policy-aware command-line interface (CLI) for Solana agent payments. Agents create payment intents, pay with verified tokens, use Jupiter routing for settlement quotes, and let recipients settle in USD Coin (USDC). Flagged payments go through Risk Review.

PayAI and PayBot are two entry points into the same control plane for agentic spend. Built on the x402 payment protocol, they give agents scoped payment permissions rather than open-ended spending limits, with budgets, purpose checks, human approvals, and traceable records for every payment.
zkpay.sh
zkpay is privacy-aware payment infrastructure for Sui and Solana apps. On Sui, it packages stablecoin checkout around zkLogin, gas routing, confidential transfer paths, and verifiable receipts. On Solana, it supports a proof-first direction powered by Noir circuits and verifier programs, where apps can validate payment, signer, eligibility, or policy conditions before fulfillment.

dyor.sh is a Do Your Own Research (DYOR) shell for real-world asset (RWA) due diligence. It turns a token, contract, project, or social link into an evidence-first research brief covering market data, identity confidence, risk markers, watch triggers, and comparisons.
